You retain ownership of the feedback content submitted through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, process, and display content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not moderate or remove feedback content.

6. Feedback & Platform Communications

Feedback submitted is entered into predefined form fields and used to generate summaries. We are not responsible for how recipients use the feedback once submitted.

Integrations (e.g., Google Sign-In, WhatsApp messaging) are subject to their own terms. We are not liable for third-party services.

8. Payments

Loopback supports a Ledger-based wallet. Fees for premium features, if any, will be clearly stated. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing may change with notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and technology belong to Skysill Company. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, perform maintenance, or discontinue components.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
